Startpage has a built-in proxy to view webpages. When viewing a proxied page, the URL is still a startpage domain, but GHHbD is not needed. Please add the following line to the metadata to properly exclude it:

// @exclude     https://us-browse.startpage.com/av/proxy?*

Thank you for the information. I don't know when I'll get a chance to work on this, so for now, please add a user exclude in the scripts settings provided your userscript extension. Probably you already have.
