You can use mangadex. But you could add your suggestions here: https://github.com/lolamtisch/MALSync/issues/6 , but it will take a bit until I will start adding new pages.
I never noticed that kissmanga is down, but i know that there is a fake maintenance poping up for some users. Could that it be?
