Library should not require @match or @include key for webhook sync
I just tested this, seems to work for me. Which library are you trying to set up sync on, and from what URL?

When I set script sync in the library script,
Script sync failed - Code must include at least one @match or @include key.is shown.Library script should not require @match or @include key as this is controlled by userscript not library.
