Keep changes made in DOM element on firebug

Hello there,
I'm trying to figure out how can i keep the change to certain element in DOM tab by using grease monkey script
since any change will be gone after reloading the page
so what kind of codes will work for this?

To make it cleared I want to keep this change ..
