This script identifies the "Start Fight" Button in the Torn attack loader. The weapon image element, and the weapon wrapper element, it then moves the Start Fight button and puts it directly on top of the primary weapon. This should help reduce time between initiating an attack and striking first.

Secondary feature of this script is to remove certain elements from being loaded. These are the attacker and defender's body and clothing/armor. This is purely a visual removal and should help with load times, as well as any custom background that you have equipped.

Implemented the choice between positioning Start Fight button on the Primary weapon or on the HEG.
