[BETA VERSION] Youtube - Right Side Description

Moves the video description to the right of the video (like it used to be 2009 and earlier) and makes a few 2009ish style tweaks to the video page.

BETA version of Right Side Description for the 'new' Youtube design. For the 'old' design please keep using https://greasyfork.dpdns.org/en/scripts/976

Youtube's new design is hard to work with so this is a bit buggy. I recommend staying with the 'old' design as long as possible.

Changes / New Features
- Youtube's new Dark Mode is supported and will theme the description and player
- Cinema mode moves the title back below the video

Known Issues (working on fixes)
- Chrome only: Sometimes the elements don't move to the right spots on the page. Refresh page.
- Like/dislike buttons aren't moved to the right with the like bar
- Sometimes the description doesn't expand. Click "show more".
- "#1 on trending" stays below the video title.
- The button to "Toggle Retro Mode" is in the header next to the 'upload' button (previously was below the video). It is hidden until you are hovering over the header, and will not display on non-video pages.
- Retro Mode: Doesn't add the retro Youtube logo. [Not fixing this]

Recent beta notes
2017.12.18 - Updated template modification code to fix some bugs. If the description doesn't move to the right, refresh page.
2017.09.07 - New method to modify the page directly via templates which should be more reliable (currently buggy in Chrome). Sub button smaller. Fix playlist display issues (Retro Mode).
2017.08.30 - First beta.
