Amazon - Big thumbnails in search results

Increases the size of thumbnails on Amazon's search result pages, from the default size of either 160x160 or 190x246 to 320x320 or 247x320 respectively. Instead of simply using CSS to scale the images, the script replaces each thumbnail with the larger version, giving the best quality.
