Deluge WebUI remote torrent adder

This script adds a Deluge icon next to torrent and magnet links. Clicking on it adds the torrent to the WebUI without leaving the page.

This is an upgrade of "Quickly add torrent files to Deluge 1.2+ WebUI" by "adios_" (from userscripts.org) to work with GreaseMonkey 4 and Deluge WebUI 1.3.

Changelog:

1.7.0 (2018-02-12) :
* Rewrote the xmlHttpRequest call for GreaseMonkey 4 compatibility
* Content-type of request changed to 'application/json'
* Removed scanning for site-specific torrent URLs, leaving only magnet and .torrent links (can be reenabled by uncommenting the appropriate code)
* Code cleanup
